Child Labor Requirements and Minimum Wage

                                                           albertsamerica.wordpress.com
This post is about different requirements in the U.S. for teens, or people under 20. If you are under 20 you can get paid from $4.90 an hour or more. If you a worker under the age of 16 you can not work before 7  a.m. or after 9 p.m., you also can not work  more than 40 hours per week or more than 8 hours every 24 hours. Everyone must be paid at least minimum wage no matter what job or how many hours you work, part time or full time.

  1. Good that you posted this, at least teenagers would be aware of their rights when it comes to labor or working.
